KONE is looking for a field service professional to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication, precise reporting, and strong relationships with customers and end-users. The role focuses on safety, equipment performance, and adherence to service processes.

Responsibilities include planning and executing service visits (maintenance, callouts, repairs), accurate time reporting, stock management, and collaboration with the service supervisor to improve methods and safety.

Responsabilités

• Customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Accurate, real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level to ensure e-Optimum and Customer Notification accuracy.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons and end-users; apply Ambassador attitude.
