KONE is looking for a field service professional to manage customer relationships on-site, ensure safety, and perform maintenance visits for lift systems. The role emphasizes precise reporting, proactive communication, and adherence to safety procedures, with leadership responsibilities including coaching other technicians as needed.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the service supervisor, manage on-site stock, and contribute to ongoing improvement through feedback.

Qualifications

Experience in on-site field service for lifts or related equipment is required.
Knowledge of safety instructions and maintenance procedures is essential.
Strong communication with customers, supervisor, and end-users on site.

Responsabilités

Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and accurate reporting of work performed.
Ensure equipment safety and performance and manage site environment during service operations.
Plan workload in conjunction with the service supervisor and follow escalation procedures when needed.
Identify unplanned repairs, obtain approval when outside contract coverage, and perform required actions.
Provide training/coaching as needed and keep relevant supervisors updated.
