Job summary

KONE is hiring for field service oriented roles focused on customer relationship management and on-site service operations in France. The role emphasizes proactive communication, safety, and timely reporting of work performed at the equipment level to support e-Optimum and Customer Notification.

The successful candidate will build strong relations with customers, manage site safety, identify risks, and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining high customer satisfaction on-site.
• Ability to communicate ETA, job performed and status in real time.
• Proactive risk identification and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and on-site users.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance.
• Plan and execute service visits (maintenance, callouts, repairs) per schedule.
• Submit timely back reporting of work performed.
• Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain approvals when needed.
• Maintain proximity stock and service tooling in safe condition.
• Report site risks and act on high-risk situations.
