KONE is seeking a service professional focused on customer satisfaction and impeccable on-site communication. You will ensure timely reporting of work done and maintain strong relationships with customers and end-users.

Responsibilities include safety, adherence to maintenance instructions, on-site risk identification, and planning workload in collaboration with the service supervisor. Training and coaching may be required as part of your role.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Accountable for accurate real-time reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and customer notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons, and end-users.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance on-site during service operations.
• Manage site environment and identify on-site risks, escalating as needed.
• Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain approvals when not covered by contract.
• Oversee end-user safety and safe working practices during service visits.
• Plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor and manage time sheets.
• Maintain proximity stock and ensure service tooling, van, and instruments are safe and in good condition.
• Provide feedback to PCM organisation to improve products, methods and safety.
• May train or coach colleagues as required.
