Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workspace Service Manager to oversee daily facility operations at client sites. You will coordinate maintenance, safety programs, and life-safety systems while managing vendor performance and contracts.

The role requires 3–5 years in facility management, CMMS experience, and strong budgeting skills. You will collaborate with the Facility Manager to deliver exceptional service and compliance across properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management or related operations.
• Experience with CMMS or Work Order Management systems.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety standards, ADA requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operation of assigned facilities including janitorial services, maintenance, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Assist with vendor contracts, pricing, renewals, and procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate facility records, manuals, logs, and certificates of insurance.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, and PO/invoice processing.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
