Cushman & Wakefield in Paris is seeking a Workspace Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the client’s workspace, ensure safety and productivity, and support local business needs from the office with occasional travel to other sites.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, incident and helpdesk management, health and safety, and budget and vendor coordination to deliver first-class workspace services.

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management or business-oriented field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in workspace management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in FM.
• Familiarity with contemporary workspace concepts and challenges.

Responsabilités

• Manage the operational aspects of Facilities Management & Workspace Services (soft & hard) for Booking.com in alignment with the MSA.
• Deliver first-class Workspace Services.
• Engage key stakeholders through regular check-in meetings.
• Handle Helpdesk tickets (Famis360 & ServiceNow).
• Manage hubs and remote office support including site visits and coworking spaces.
• Coordinate Health & Safety activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support sustainability objectives and cost management including budget and vendor reviews.
