Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in compensation & benefits, with exec comp or global benefits exposure.
• Experience with job evaluation methods and market surveys.
• Fluent in English and French.

• Manage annual compensation review processes for senior managers.
• Coordinate LTI grant cycles and related communications.
• Ensure governance deliverables and compliance for reward programs.
• Prepare reporting and analytics for senior stakeholders.
