Back Market is seeking a senior leader to own Total Rewards and equity programs, including BSPCE, while steering People data and workforce economics. You’ll lead a small hub of three experts and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll and People Ops to shape global compensation and benefits strategies.

You will drive governance, benchmarking and pay transparency across international markets, ensuring equity and sustainability of rewards while partnering with executives to align people costs

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Total Rewards or Comp & Ben in international, multi-site setups.
• Hands-on ownership of stock option and BSPCE programmes.
• Experience building or rebuilding HR data/analytics capabilities.
• Multi-country exposure across Europe and US/APAC; pay equity knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Define hub vision, roadmap and ways of working.
• Lead and develop three experts and external providers with clear accountability.
• Own global compensation framework, benchmarking and pay positioning.
• Lead annual compensation reviews with Finance and advise on offers and promotions.
• Oversee equity governance from grant to exit and ensure value to employees.
• Shape People strategy as a member of the People Leadership Team.
• Turn People data into decisions to guide leadership.
