Imerys in Paris seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development Operations & Projects, to oversee daily operational coordination, KPI governance, and cross-functional program management across IGC applications.

This role reports to the Global Head and requires 12+ years in strategy, BD, product management or commercial operations, plus full professional English. You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, coordinate incubation of new platforms, and drive alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• >12 years of professional experience in strategy, business development, product management, project management or commercial operations.
• Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day product management and marketing coordination across IGC market applications.
• Define and monitor KPIs; standardize reporting and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization; align with Group strategy.
