Kraken seeks a Human Design Lead based in Paris to drive behavioural transformation and leadership development for major client portfolios. You will own executive relationships, launch Human Design discussions, and liaise with global practice leads to infuse best practices across programs.

You will lead top-down cultural transformation with C-suite involvement, monitor risks during migration, and ensure Kraken’s ways of working are embodied across the delivery teams and client engagements.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of Human Design to enable transformation (leadership development, coaching, learning).
• Experience leading major program transformations across geographies.
• Track record partnering with C-suite and executives.
• Excellent storytelling and communication across seniorities and cultures.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Understanding of the connection between people, organisation and technology in tech-enabled transformations.
• Experience in Energy, Utilities or Telco industries is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of leadership and organisational behaviour best practices (psychological safety, empowerment, growth mindset, agile leadership, high performing teams).

Responsabilidades

• Manage new and existing senior client relationships end-to-end.
• Lead discussions with clients to initiate Human Design programs.
• Coordinate with Global Practice Leads to bring best practices.
• Lead cultural transformation with C-suite executives and manage migration risks.
• Act as cultural steward and ensure consistent client experience across portfolio.
