Job summary

Kraken is seeking a senior Delivery leader in Paris to architect the operating model for global migration delivery and to drive scalable structures, planning, and resource management. You will lead by influence across the org, shaping a high-performance culture and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will own the talent strategy, onboarding programs, and capability development, ensuring the delivery function remains human while scaling.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in fast-scaling tech, professional services or transformation.
• Fluency with systems, data and capacity models to inform decisions.
• Track record building scalable processes, tools and operating structures.
• Cross-functional collaboration across People, Finance, Tech and others.
• People-first mindset with cultural judgment and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Shape culture of high performance and joy within Delivery.
• Define talent strategy: recruiting, onboarding, training and development.
• Lead global onboarding and partner on capability building.
• Align talent pipelines with evolving roles and org needs.
• Own tooling roadmap across the Delivery stack and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance and People to shape tooling and enablement.
