Malt is seeking a Head of Product Design in Paris to lead a high-impact design segment, aligning user experiences with commercial growth. You will shape multi-squad journeys, improve core metrics, and sustain a culture of craft and psychological safety.

You will report to the VP of Design, partner with product and tech leadership, and help scale the design function while driving cohesive user journeys across our platform for freelancers and clients globally.

Qualifications

• Proven history of directly managing and developing design talent in fast-paced product orgs.
• Design is treated as a core business lever with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience tackling AI-driven UX patterns and trust in AI systems.

Responsabilités

• Define overarching experience strategy and influence multi-team roadmaps linking UX to growth.
• Set aesthetic vision and translate brand strategy into design principles.
• Lead discovery and research with data-informed decisions across teams.
