You will own the migration framework, coach senior stakeholders, and align Kraken’s operating model with customer needs, balancing business goals with technology capabilities.

Fluent in English and French, you’ll navigate cross‑functional teams, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across multiple clients and fast-paced timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and drive solutions.

• Clear understanding of change management and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements through the BOT program lifecycle with hands-on consulting.
• Coordinate with Kraken Tech teams to ensure smooth migration and adoption.
• Mentor client teams and internal staff to enable sustainable operating models.
• Analyze data to spot risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate across HR, Data, Marketing and Tech to align delivery with client goals.
