Kraken, Paris-based, is seeking a Human Design Lead to drive culture and ways of working transformations for major clients. You will apply adult learning, leadership development and coaching to enable strategic change across executive levels.

Qualifications

• A systems thinker with human-led approach to transformation.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning, behaviour change and organisational psychology.
• Experience leading portfolios of major programs across geographies.
• Track record of trust-based partnerships with C-suite executives.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive successful enablement and implementation of culture transformation.
• Lead relationships with new and existing senior clients.
• Kick-start Human Design discussions with clients.
• Coordinate teams across Human Design, Org Design and Tech.
