Relais & Châteaux in Demi-Quartier is seeking an Executive Chef to drive our kitchen toward a Michelin star. You will lead breakfast, lunch and dinner at Le Simon, develop a gastronomic menu for The Andrew, and shape the maison's culinary identity with a strong, precise, distinctive style.

You will train the kitchen brigade, manage orders and supplies, oversee plating, and contribute to wine events and cellar initiatives, with a permanent CDI and six-day work weeks, accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-end establishments.
• Permanent, stable work history preferred.
• Legal right to work in France (EU citizenship or work visa).
