Job summary

Boeing Netherlands B.V. seeks a Regional Director, Material Sales - Europe to lead a high-performing team across Europe, with locations in Amsterdam, Madrid, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Paris or London. The role is hybrid and involves coordinating with multiple Boeing units.

You will drive sales strategies, LRBP targets, and build relationships with aerospace customers and suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in aviation sales with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials planning, sourcing, purchasing, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of professional sales personnel to plan and execute sales campaigns.
• Achieve team sales targets and LRBP through new business development and existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements to provide customized aircraft parts solutions and drive results.
• Collaborate with Boeing business units to leverage efficient sales strategies.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve organizational objectives.
