Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Specialist focusing on material planning, rapid procurement, supplier coordination and issue resolution. You will drive continuity of supply, manage OTD and inventory, and support projects to reduce lead times and costs.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a commercial or technical profession and further education (tech or business economist)
• Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Foundations of supply chain processes (quality and logistics) are desirable
• Customer-oriented thinking, teamwork, determination, assertiveness
• Fluent English, German and French are mandatory
• Willingness to travel

Responsabilités

• Anticipative planning of material spectrum to ensure constant availability (Coverage)
• Execution of rapid and immediate procurement
• Coordinate introduction of new components
• Collaborate with key suppliers
• Resolve quality problems within the area
• Monitor and extend shelf life through revalidation
• OTD collaboration, inventory management and KPI improvements
• Use Skywise and data tools for process improvements
