Job summary

Techni Modul Engineering is seeking a proactive Technical Sales / Business Development Manager for Europe with a hybrid work model. You will identify new customer opportunities and build relationships across aerospace, automotive, medical, and other sectors.

Fluency in English is required, French is a plus. The role offers a competitive salary and incentives, plus collaboration with a skilled engineering team to support technical proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or business development in relevant sectors.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment or manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English; speaking French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer opportunities in relevant industrial sectors such as aeronaturic, space, automobile, transportation, sports, medical sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, partners, and distributors.
• Initiate discussions with customers to understand their needs and introduce the company’s capabilities.
• Coordinate internally with the engineering team to develop suitable technical solutions and proposals.
• Manage the commercial aspects of the sales process, including negotiations and contract discussions.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Monitor market developments and identify new applications or sectors for the company’s solutions.
• Support the expansion of the company’s commercial network in key markets.
