Job summary

VAST is seeking a senior affiliate marketing/business development leader to own the European affiliate strategy across top networks and publishers. You will recruit, activate, and manage affiliates in tech media, deal communities, and gaming/creator ecosystems, ensuring high ROI and scalable growth.

You will design incentive plans, oversee campaigns, and optimize performance metrics, leveraging AI-assisted tools and major platforms to drive subscriptions and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in affiliate marketing or BD, with at least 5 years focused on the European market.
• Hands-on experience with major networks and performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Master the European affiliate ecosystem and select the right platform and cooperation model for each market and partner tier.
• Identify, recruit, activate and manage top-performing affiliates and networks across tech media, comparison and review sites, deal communities, and ecosystem players.
• Be responsible for execution and performance of affiliates marketing strategy and ROI optimization.
• Develop custom incentive plans and coordinate local promotional campaigns and events.
