VAST is seeking a senior affiliate marketing/business development leader to own the European affiliate strategy across top networks and publishers. You will recruit, activate, and manage affiliates in tech media, deal communities, and gaming/creator ecosystems, ensuring high ROI and scalable growth.

You will design incentive plans, oversee campaigns, and optimize performance metrics, leveraging AI-assisted tools and major platforms to drive subscriptions and revenue.

Formación

• 8+ years in affiliate marketing or BD, with at least 5 years focused on the European market.
• Hands-on experience with major networks and performance-driven campaigns.

• Master the European affiliate ecosystem and its layers, and select the right platform and cooperation model for each market and partner tier, while keeping abreast of global industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.
• Identify,recruit, activate and manage top-performing affiliates and networks across tech media, comparison and review sites, deal communities, and 3D /gaming/creator ecosystem players, building long-term partnerships as the company's representative.
• Be responsible for the execution and performance of affiliates marketing strategy, track and analyse channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Develop custom incentive plans to boost performance and coordinate local promotional campaigns and events.
• 8+ years in affiliate marketing or BD, with at least 5 years focused on the European market; hands-on experience with AI-tool / SaaS subscription affiliate programs preferred.
• A real, demonstrable BD network across the European affiliate ecosystem, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• End-to-end experience building or scaling at least one affiliate program on a major network such as Awin, CJ or Impact.com, with measurable results.
• Familiar with user acquisition models and subscription conversion behaviours.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong execution, with a proven ability to perform well under pressure.
