Job summary

Swan is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and shape go-to-market across Europe, reporting to our Chief Business Officer. You will drive product marketing, brand, content, growth, and regional programs to position Swan as the leading embedded banking platform.

You’ll lead a nine-person team, partner with Sales, RevOps, Partnerships, and Product, and build data-driven campaigns that translate customer insight into compelling stories and demand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, incl. 2+ years in payments.
• Led a team of 4+ people across diverse cultures.
• Broad marketing expertise: growth, brand, content, events, product marketing.
• Structured, execution-oriented, and business-driven.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Swan’s Marketing team and set priorities and OKRs.
• Strengthen brand positioning across core European markets (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium).
• Own content, comms, events across website, social, PR.
• Build repeatable growth motions with Sales and RevOps; optimize funnel with data.
• Develop partner marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.
• Own product marketing strategy end-to-end from insights to launches.
