Swan is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy across product marketing, brand and content, growth, and regional marketing. You will position Swan as Europe’s leading embedded banking platform, driving demand and growth with customer-centric storytelling.

You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team, collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, Partnerships and leadership, and play a central role in Swan’s expansion across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing in a function that includes payments.
• Led a team (4+ people) across cultures and locations.
• Broad marketing experience including growth, brand, content, events, and product marketing.
• Structured and execution-oriented, turning priorities into action.
• Business-driven with strong customer insights to drive positioning.
• Clear and influential communicator who simplifies complex ideas.

Responsabilités

• Marketing team leadership, uniting central Content, Growth, Product Marketing and local Marketing Managers with clear priorities and OKRs.
• Strengthen brand positioning and scale awareness across core European markets (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium).
• Own content, communications strategy across website, social media, events, and PR to tell compelling stories.
• Drive growth marketing with data, optimize funnel performance in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Develop strategic partner marketing initiatives to extend reach and accelerate growth.
• Own product marketing strategy end-to-end from insights to launches and enablement.
