Job summary

Swan is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data team. The role blends business partnership with hands-on data work, shaping dashboards, KPIs, and data products. You’ll mentor others, promote best practices, and drive adoption of data-driven decisions across the company.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with stakeholders to translate questions into actionable insights, while ensuring data quality and scalable analytics practices for Swan’s European growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics with stakeholder exposure.
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable with Metabase.
• Led adoption of new standards or processes across a team.
• Pragmatic about process with lightweight, problem-focused standards.
• Grit and follow-through to turn ideas into reality.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge through training or onboarding.
• Handles sensitive or confidential data with care.
• Interested in a hybrid role, half business partner, half data enablement.
• Values: team spirit, transparency, ownership, ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to frame questions, lead data projects end to end.
• Define and maintain KPIs, ensure data quality, write modeling specs.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards and EXCO reports as products.
• Turn improvement ideas into structured projects with scope and owners.
• Harmonize internal data team practices and KPI definitions.
• Drive AI adoption within the team and explore new tools.
• Help other teams derive value from data through onboarding and training.
