Job summary

Swan, a leading European fintech in Paris, seeks an experienced FP&A leader to orchestrate the full planning cycle and deliver actionable corporate strategies. You will co-pilot leadership with a high-performing FP&A team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial systems.

You will partner with the executive team to shape profitability initiatives, provide clear performance insights, and build scalable processes that support Swan’s growth trajectory across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A experience in fast-scaling tech startup, B2B SaaS or FinTech/Banks.
• Proven people management with coaching and performance development.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across business lines.
• Mentor FP&A team, set delivery standards and career development paths.
• Partner with leadership to challenge performance and support strategy.
• Own monthly reporting, board materials and investor KPIs.
• Modernize finance systems, automate data flows, and reduce manual work.
• Monitor unit economics and assess transactional risk margins.
