Qualifications

• Master’s in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning with S&OP/IBP experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multiculture environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data from multiple sources.
• Reliability, curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving mindset; detail oriented with a strategic view.
• Team player with high customer focus and strong communication to influence others.
• Nice to have FMCG experience.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate demand and purchase signals with regions to inform mid-long term trends.
• Align weekly production plan with factories and monitor execution.
• Lead the IBP/CPM process to optimize medium-long term production plans.
• Manage life cycle of product references during launches and discontinuations.
• Coordinate shipments from factories to hubs and launch weekly co-packing orders.
• Oversee distribution from European hubs to distribution centers and export.
• Prepare IBP Europe meetings and communicate constraints to maximize service levels.
