Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Aimargues seeks a European Senior Supply Planning Specialist to shape and execute regional supply plans across 120 markets. You will balance demand, supply, and production priorities to ensure product availability while collaborating with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in supply chain/engineering/related field.
• English fluency mandatory; additional European languages (French) advantageous.
• Several years of experience in supply chain planning in FMCG or complex manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning (supply, demand, MRP).
• Experience with advanced planning systems and data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and make operational decisions.
• Experience coordinating across Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and change.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional supply planning activities for a dedicated market scope across Europe.
• Monitor planning performance, identify risks/opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as planning expert during supply constraints and allocation decisions.
• Support innovation, product changes and transformation projects with accurate planning deliverables.
• Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Master Data and Supply teams to achieve objectives.
• Promote planning best practices and standards within the Regional Planning team.
• Contribute to simplification and standardization of planning processes and tools.
