Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a strategic, people-focused Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning across our manufacturing network and external supplier base worldwide. This hybrid role is based in Colombes, FR, and reports into the Global Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience with planning expertise.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes.
• Experience with international manufacturing and supplier networks.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 12 Supply Planners.
• Drive global supply planning across factories, co-packers and suppliers.
• Balance demand, supply and capacity to support growth.
• Lead monthly Supply Reviews and contribute to S&OP discussions.
• Drive initiatives to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement and supplier teams.
