Job summary

HelloFresh in Paris is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end PO processes for a European supplier portfolio. You will coordinate daily with suppliers, production, and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries and to resolve shortages or quality issues.

You will monitor KPIs like OTIFIQ, support weekly planning with forecast validation, and drive cross-functional improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency. Fluency in English, French and Dutch is required.

• Strong analytical skills with data tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Structured, proactive approach with adaptability.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order process for your supplier portfolio.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers, production, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (OTIFIQ, error rates).
• Support weekly planning by validating forecasts and risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
