Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own supplier portfolios and secure on-time production across Europe and Asia. You will optimize reporting tools and work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to drive improvements in inventory and forecasting.

You hold a Master’s in Supply Chain or Logistics, have hands-on ERP experience, and are proficient with Excel/BI. This role offers an international environment with mobility opportunities within the Iliad Group.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience as a Supply Office or Planner.
• Proven expertise in Supply Chain, MRP, and supplier forecasting.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio to support production needs from order placement to delivery.
• Develop and track key Supply Chain reporting tools and dashboards (On-Time Delivery, transport costs, inventory ABC analysis).
• Provide accurate supplier forecasts to the Procurement team based on operational requirements.
• Perform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.
• Maintain and update accurate master data (MRP/CBN parameters) in our ERP system.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Participate actively in Supply Chain improvement projects and ERP optimization initiatives.
