Job summary

BIC World is seeking an End-to-End Supply Planner Europe Manufacturing in Clichy to manage production planning, co-packing, and distribution for 25 countries. You will work closely with regions to balance demand signals with factory capacity, drive monthly reviews, and optimize inventory across European warehouses and hubs.

The role requires a master’s in supply chain, 2+ years in planning, fluency in English, and strong analytical and collaborative skills in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• You have a master’s in supply chain or related field.
• You have 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable in a cross-functional, multicultural setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data from multiple sources.
• FMCG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate demand/purchase signals with regions to understand medium-long term trends.
• Align weekly production plans with factories and monitor execution.
• Lead IBP and supply reviews to optimize production and inventory.
• Manage life cycle of product references and participate in new launches or discontinuities.
• Coordinate shipments from factories to hubs and manage co-packing and distribution.
