ElevenLabs in France is seeking an experienced Adoption Strategist to design scalable enablement programs, onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and playbooks that drive enterprise customers to activate core use cases. You will develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms and audit customer configurations to identify gaps, delivering value-added recommendations for deeper adoption.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and playbooks to drive adoption across a high-volume customer base.
• Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative) and become the credible voice on how to use the product well.
• Audit customer prompts/configurations to identify gaps and provide value-added recommendations to deepen adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and partner with revenue operations to iterate on reporting and playbooks across regions.
• Collaborate with account management and CX to deliver targeted campaigns, live workshops, and webinars.
