ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Public Sector Partnerships Lead to shape and lead policy and government affairs across France. You will represent the company with policymakers, monitor regulatory developments, and help define frameworks that support responsible AI use.

In this role you will build strategic coalitions, advise leadership on policy trends, and collaborate with Legal, Safety, Security, and GTM teams to promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in public and private sector policy roles focusing on AI and tech.
• Strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape and digital rights.
• Demonstrated success in designing and advocating for policy outcomes and coalition building.
• Public policy experience across France.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including briefing government officials.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France on AI governance, safety, privacy, data protection and digital rights.
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
• Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing public policy goals.
• Support internal policy development with Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.
• Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products in partnership with the GTM team.
• Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
