Ultima Markets Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and lead our EU region from scratch. You will create market entry strategies, forge key partnerships, and build high-performance sales teams to drive significant revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in sales/BD with client acquisition.
• Excellent communication for long-term partnerships.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hunter mindset with results orientation.
• Experience with digital platforms, fintech, or performance-driven ecosystems is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
