Job summary

Ultima Markets Ltd. seeks a Business Development Manager to build and lead the company’s EU operations from scratch. You will forge partnerships with IBs, Affiliates, and trading communities, drive ND growth, and own the full BD lifecycle with high autonomy.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales/BD, strong English/French communication, and a hunter mindset. Remote work is supported globally, with uncapped commission rewarding performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales or business development with independent client acquisition.
• Strong communication, relationship management and closing abilities.
• Fluent in English and French; Mandarin is a plus.
• Established IB/affiliate or trading community resources preferred.
• Experience in CFD/FX/Crypto or online trading beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop EU market entry strategies and establish key partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performance regional BD team from scratch.
• Drive revenue growth with focus on FTD/ND metrics.
• Own end-to-end BD lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing for localized content and events.
