Responsibilities

• Payroll support: collect and organise payroll input data ahead of monthly deadlines.
• HR administration: prepare, update and archive contracts and employee docs; assist onboarding and offboarding.
• Employee support: respond to routine queries and manage tickets with care.
• Data management: maintain HR systems and Notion/Sheets trackers; suggest process improvements.
