Qualifications

• This is a Working Student position in France, intended as an entry point into HR and payroll operations.
• You will support onboarding, contract changes, and payroll coordination as part of the People Operations & Payroll team.
• You will help keep employee data accurate and up to date, and respond to routine queries.

Responsibilities

• Payroll support: collect and organise payroll input data ahead of monthly deadlines.
• HR administration & employee lifecycle: prepare, update, archive employment contracts and documentation.
• Employee support & ticket handling: respond to routine queries via internal systems and email.
• Data management & process improvement: maintain data in HR systems, Notion, and spreadsheets; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
