Denodo Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ambitious BDR/SDR Manager for the EMEA region to lead a high-performing team across multiple European markets. You will coach, develop and manage pipeline generation in coordination with Account Executives and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability and a focus on quality opportunities over sheer activity, with a view to building a scalable future sales organization for Denodo across Europe.

• Experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven ability to build pipeline across outbound and inbound motions.
• Strong coaching, performance management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the BDR/SDR team across multiple European markets.
• Own pipeline generation and ensure quality opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Ops to optimize campaigns and messaging.
• Track KPIs, forecast pipeline and provide actionable coaching insights.
