Sociabble, a fast-growing SaaS company in Paris, is recruiting for an EMEA Sales role to drive enterprise opportunities from discovery to signature. You will engage C-level executives across HR, Internal Communications, and Marketing, collaborating with Presales, Product Marketing, CS, Legal and Partnerships teams.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• C2 level in English.
• Strategic prospecting and MEDDIC approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Lead and grow opportunities via inbound, RFPs, and outbound prospecting.
• Define needs and success criteria; articulate ROI for stakeholders.
• Tailor demos and messaging for C-level to operational teams.
• Manage multiple long, complex cycles in parallel and ensure next steps.
• Handoff to Customer Success after deal is signed for a smooth transition.
