CAMB.AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale relationships for our Enterprise SaaS and live streaming solutions. You will drive onboarding, product adoption, and retention while coordinating with Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations teams in a remote-first Paris setup.

The role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client lifecycle, with regular reviews and proactive expansion opportunities for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fast learner with a desire to grow in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Drive onboarding, activation, and product adoption.
• Monitor usage metrics and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries.
• Coordinate internally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
• Set up weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with key clients.
• Create onboarding documentation for new clients.
