360Learning is looking for a Client Success Partner based in Paris to enhance enterprise clients' training strategies utilizing our platform. You'll engage with HR executives to ensure effective usage and contract renewals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in client success management and expertise in SaaS. We offer flexible working conditions, including remote work options throughout France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role or related field.
• Ability to handle complex Enterprise accounts with over 2000 employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in their digital training strategy using 360Learning.
• Build relationships with HR executives to improve usage of the solution.
• Coordinate resources and ensure client contract renewals.
