AB Tasty, a global leader in AI-powered experience optimization solutions, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of SaaS clients, drive adoption, and improve retention across European accounts. The role blends strategic consulting with hands-on workshops, CRO sessions, and cross-team collaboration to maximize client success.

Based in Paris or Cologne with up to 3 days remote work, you will partner with Product and Analytics teams to translate insights into tangible customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies.
• Confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Eagerness to proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and contribute to business growth.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
• Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.
• Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users.
