Pivot is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our enterprise implementations. You will combine structured problem-solving with stakeholder management and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate value realization for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales during pre-sales and coordinate cross-functional teams to design bespoke configurations for large-scale client deployments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 6–8 years of project management experience in scale-up or consulting.
• Experience deploying SaaS for Enterprise clients (5,000+ employees) with complex configurations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-growing startup.
• Native English speaker; familiarity with AI tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales during pre-sales to shape delivery scope and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pivot’s implementation for Enterprise clients.
• Configure Pivot platform with client HRIS/ERP integrations with tech support.
• Break down complex business problems into scalable solutions.
• Lead executive workshops with Procurement and Finance Directors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on integrations and custom workflows.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for users to ensure smooth adoption.
• Represent customer voice to steer feature development and product improvements.
• Develop scalable operations processes and documentation.
