Pivot is building the AI operating system for procurement, and we are seeking a Financial Controller to drive the financial backbone of our fast-growing company in Paris.

You will consolidate accounts across France, the US, and UK, manage three external accounting firms, and implement automated processes to deliver real-time reporting. You’ll report to the Head of Finance and help scale finance operations as Pivot expands globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in audit, accounting or finance, including time in a Big 4 or structured audit.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation across jurisdictions.
• Tech-savvy; learn new tools quickly and automate before manual work.
• Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly close process end to end and consolidate accounts across geographies.
• Coordinate and manage three external accounting firms (France, US, UK).
• Build real-time reporting and enforce internal controls across Procure‑to‑Pay, revenue, and payroll.
• Lead the annual statutory audit and oversee tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Propel FP&A, budgeting and board reporting; support fundraising as we scale.
• Own the finance tech stack and drive automation across the close cycle.
