Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) expert to join our growth journey. You will help translate customer needs into multi-dimensional models, design Pigment applications, and guide deployments with cross-functional teams.

In this startup environment, you will work with global customers, drive strategic planning initiatives, and collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure best-in-class outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with both functional and technical exposure
• Deep understanding of Finance (planning, forecasting, close & consolidation), Sales Performance Management, and Supply Chain Planning
• Hands-on experience selling EPM services or implementing EPM solutions with leading platforms
• Experience scoping engagements, drafting SOWs, and minimizing client risk
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder skills
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsabilités

• Transform customer solutions, spreadsheets and problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models
• Document business requirements and translate them into Pigment applications
• Design and build Pigment applications for customers
• Co-build and train customers to be self-sufficient in the solution
• Lead UAT and deployment activities
• Integrate source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)
• Bridge customer stakeholders and product team to shape the platform
• Lead cross-functional projects to refine methodology and processes
