Luxottica is seeking an Implementation Engineer for Integrated Solutions to drive end-to-end deployment across customer sites. You will own project execution from kickoff to stabilization, aligning customer needs with solution design and operational readiness.

You will work with customers, support, product, and development teams to ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful adoption of integrated solutions and software deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, technical support, or IT systems roles.
• Experience with database-driven systems (e.g., SQL Server) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or ophthalmic environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects including planning, configuration, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
• Lead customer onboarding activities and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Configure and deploy Integrated Solutions software in customer environments and coordinate with support/development teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous improvement of implementation processes.
