Riot, based in Paris, is seeking an seasoned Enterprise Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of large clients and drive retention and expansion with the Enterprise sales team. You will help clients extract maximum value from our platform and lead strategic engagements.

You will work closely with Enterprise AEs, map stakeholders, and surface growth opportunities while staying aligned to our mission to improve cybersecurity culture across organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar function within tech.
• Experience with Sales teams to upsell and cross-sell.
• Strong business and revenue mindset.
• Advanced communication and audience adaptation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the long-term success of a portfolio of ~20 Enterprise clients.
• Drive retention by building trust-based relationships and ensuring value realization.
• Identify and drive expansion to hit $2.5M net expansion target.
• Onboard and advise clients on best usage and value realization.
• Prepare and lead strategic customer engagements (Kick-offs, Business Reviews).
• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to structure and close expansions.
• Capture feedback and translate into concrete actions.
• Improve processes and playbooks for very large accounts.
