Job summary

Sociabble, a Poppulo company and international SaaS player, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Paris or Lyon. You own the business side of enterprise accounts across US & EMEA, with a dedicated Digital Project Manager and a high-touch, executive relationship.

You manage 10 to 25 accounts, lead renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, and turn project data into ROI narratives. You will conduct Steering Committees and business reviews with Directors and C-levels, driving growth in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise client portfolios in B2B SaaS, with ownership of the full sales cycle.
• Direct relationships with Directors and C-levels over 12 months or more.
• Skilled in MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN or equivalent.
• Proven ability to drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
• Experience with US & EMEA enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust with senior client stakeholders over months.
• Map each account's governance and open doors when contacts change.
• Lead Steering Committees and business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Own renewals end to end and close deals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and run full cycle.
• Turn project data into ROI narratives.
• Work in a true duo with a Digital Project Manager.
