Job summary

AB Tasty is seeking a CSM Team Leader for Enterprise accounts in France. Based in Paris, you will lead a FR-based team of 5 CSMs, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support to maximize retention and expansion.

You will report to the Head of Customer Success France, own team KPIs, and drive a customer-centric strategy across regions, fostering growth and a high-performing CS culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in CS or related fields.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience collaborating across regions and cultures in an international setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of CSMs with clear objectives and 1:1s.
• Own the team's performance metrics, including NRR, churn, renewal rates and customer health.
• Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise clients to maximize upsell and reduce churn.
• Manage your own portfolio of enterprise accounts alongside team leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical and Sales teams to drive platform improvements.
