Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise Accounts. This role requires blending technical curiosity with a value-based selling approach to move beyond transactions and solve complex data problems.

You will lead opportunities, articulate business value, and work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals and achieve territory growth.

Qualifications

• Track record in SaaS subscription sales within Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to articulate Elastic’s Search, Observability and Security to business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise Accounts in an assigned territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by discussing cloud economics and pricing.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and proactively identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Develop strategic territory plans leveraging ecosystems to drive growth.
