Hightouch in Paris is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead Southern Europe growth. You will close complex deals in martech and data infrastructure, build a scalable pipeline, and shape our go-to-market strategy across the region.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of enterprise sales, a proven track record in outbound and land-and-expand, and fluency in English and French. You thrive in fast-paced startups and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
• Proven pipeline development through outbound and land-and-expand motions.
• Experience selling to marketing and data personas.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
